Hey guys it�s John from Cool English and today I wanted to share a fun game I play with my students all the time. I call it Cartoon Verb Race and the objective is to write as many verbs as you can see in the short cartoon. So if a character is swimming the students would write swim. I challenge them to write 12 verbs in the short time of the video and race against each other to see who can get the most verbs. After I ask them to join the verbs to tell the story. This is a great way to practice 3rd person verb usage and joining words like then, next, and after. Please let me know what you think.
