Every year, the comedy wildlife photo awards raise awareness of conservation by publishing the funniest photos of animals submitted to them by photographers worldwide.
I think pupils could have a lot of fun captioning these photos, or writing speech bubbles for the animals!
I�m planning to use a selection of the photos with my adult class. First, we will look at a funny photo together as a group and come up with some ideas of what to put in a speech bubble for the animals.
Next, I will give each person or pair of people a photo to caption.
Finally, we will display all the photos and all the captions, and see if the rest of the class can match them up .
