It about finding out the team work and individual style of work and its weaknesses and strenghts
There are four kinds of people
N = people who like to act, try things
E = people who like to look at the big picture, possibilities before acting
S = people who like to know that all voices have been heard before acting
W = people who know the what, who, when, where, why before acting
I like the layout of the game so much, that maybe I will share my easier version later... and I will surely write the credits :-D
