my 2 kids are eager to visit London.

I just want to know if possible the lowest budged especially for accommodation or if there is an exchange student program that could help them.

Hi Rashou How old are your kids? Have you any contacts in schools or universities here who could help you? The Youth Hotel Association (yha.org.uk) has budget accommodation aimed at young people and students. Hope that helps!
