I�ve just done a grammar sheet for my intermediate students. It consists of theory about verb tenses but it�s taken from a book. I did it myself, took my time to organise everything so they can have all the tenses together and compare them when they have doubts. My question is.. can I upload it? or since I gather everything from a book it�s just wrong to do it?

You can upload it as long as it �s not scanned or copied exactly from the book.
Besides very few people here are creative enough to have written, designed, drawn the clipart and recorded the listening themselves...  just be sure to credit, if needed where it is necessary.
