Yes, no #3 is the most common & appropriate answer.
It could possibly be no #4 in a far less common (and more colloquial vernacular) context.

I �m with my colleagues... Number 3...
because number 1 fails in (there was a power failure) as it is a short action...
2 fails because it wants Noun after it not a sentence..
3 seems the best..

number 3 is the correct one, because the actions aren �t happening at the same time! If they were, number 1 would be the right one.
