I have just downloaded - what I thought were my 30 free downloads and I see that it used my 4 points when it should not have....does anyone know why?

happens to me regularly! i always forget that the day depends on european time - so if u download like me in the evening be aware of what time it is in spain, cause once they go into the new day those worksheets will cost u points |

Yes!!! It �s happened to me, too! I usually find the time to download in the evenings, when it �s almost midnight in Spain, so now I try to do it before if I can. Hugs!
