HOW DID YU KNOW BOUT THIS WESITE?

I fond this site searching for something on Google and I joined. My first worksheet was downloaded only by 2 people but I didn �t give up.At the moment I have 1782 points and I �m really happy because I have become better.Also I found out that I �m good in making power points. Thanks everyone.

God, it just hit me that my wss are indeed used throughout the world. Wow, it �s so great. And I present the wss to my students that are designed somewhere else. I �ve got the whole world in the folder "ESL printables" ! it �s Amazing!

I was searching in Google for some PPT and found this wonderful site. Of course I could not download anything as I wasn�t registered and had no points. I registered and downloaded my first worksheet. I remembered it only got 2 points, it was a sheet on personal pronouns and possessive adjectives, a very plain one. I mean I did not use any borders or pictures. I have learnt a lot here and three months later I decided to upload the same sheet but with a frame and pictures, the same worksheet in content but with the new layout got nearly 300 points! What I really love about this site is that we can share our work and ideas all over the world and our students take advantage of this. I have met wonderful people, made friends and I can say my life is better now. I don�t know how I could do without this wonderful site and all the wonderful people I have met here.

CHARMED ONE

Hi dear Julieta and friends,

Now It �s my turn to share my story. One day, on October 2 to be exactly, I was trying to take an afternoon nap when I received a phone call from a colleague asking me if I had a city map I could send her to use on a quiz, because she had looked through the net but, couldn �t find anything. I asked her "Did you try Googling for it?" and she said "Yes, But I can �t find anything" Ok, I told her, (kind of moody because she interrupted my nap)

"I �ll turn on my PC and I �ll send you one I have through the messenger.

And there I am waiting for my colleague to log in the messenger. I kept waiting for quite a while and nothing (She had decided to cook for her daughters and feed them first)

So you can imagine how long I was there waiting.

While waiting, I couldn �t believe there was no city maps on the net she could use so, I started Googling, searching for a map by typing different words related to the topic. After a while I came across with such a nice city map. I clicked twice on the map and, here I was at ESL Printables. I tried to download it and "surprise" I couldn �t.

I read the terms and found them quite interesting. I typed my information and before the final click, I changed my mind and erased everything. I wasn �t sure about sharing all my personal information. But, the site looked so great I decided to take a chance and, here I am.

It took me a while before I understood how the site worked, that �s why I never introduced myself to all of you. I didn �t know how to use the message board.

I kept uploading some worksheets I already had and waited. It took me about 3 days to become a premium member and I wasn �t sure what that meant. "Yeah, you can keep on laughing". And let me tell you I did read Victor �s terms of use.

And here I am since then, (thanks to my colleague who decided to feed her daughters first)

logging in almost every day and learning tons of things you kindly great teachers from all over the world share with this community. And making lots of new friends. Now I know my life wouldn`t be the same without ESL Printables.

I stumbled upon this site while looking for something specific to teach. I found a printable I just had to have. I made some mediocre worksheet and got just 1 or 2 points (just what I needed). Then when I had time I started looking through all other available stuff on this site and I started wanting more points.

I didn �t become adicted to this site until many months later, though. Now I am using it as a learning resource for myself. I am learning how to make better stuff for teaching.

I also made a new friend, which suprised me^^

THIS SITE IS AMAZING!!!!!!

I keep telling my teacher friends about it.
