Since we have more moderators here now, would it be possible to implement a rule which is stricter about uploading unsuitable material as PowerPoints (presumably this is done because of the larger file size allowed).
To give the first example that I saw today, which is definitely not a presentation:

My feelings are that this is just cluttering up the very useful PowerPoints section.
