I love using the Internet TESL Journal questions page and I �ve made some cards which teachers can cut up and use in class for speaking practice. Can I upload them and say where they come from, or does it still count as being stolen?

Hello,
If you have created those cards there isn �t any problem to upload them but you have to add new questions, not only those taken from the Internet TESL Journal questions. Besides, you need to add the source and include explanations about how to use them.
