But in my country we celebrate the day on the 1st Saturday of May.

In Russia we do not have mother ´s day but usually people congratulate mothers, grandmothers and female relatives on the 8th of MArch, International Women ´s day.

In Portugal is on the 1st Sunday of May as you said. Sorry for the mistake... I thought it was Saturday today !!! I think I need to rest and organize my mind. Too much work.
