Dear Victor,
 
Someone has been using my points!! I had 13 points to use downloading and now I only have 2!!! How is this possible if I didn�t download any work?
I need your help.

Did you sign into a computer at work by any chance?? Maybe someone at work downloaded from esl printables without realising that they were using your points....always sign out would be my advice
