Hi!
I �ve got a question: I �ve seen a reported WS in which there is a pic from another site. At the bottom of the pic, we can see the name of that site. The rest of the WS seems to be the member �s own work. So, if a member use a pic from another site and provide the information from that site, is it ok? or, should it be deleted?

Hi, it depends on the copyright rules. Some sites like Mes-English or booglworld doen �t allow to use their pic. |

The chances are VERY high that using the pic is a violation of copyright law--check the site to be sure. |

Copyright law has a clause that says that you can use things for non-profit or educational purposes as long as they do not clash with the original intent of the image.
This means that you can use any picture from anywhere as long as the original intent of the picture was not ESL.
The implications of this for us is that we can not use resources from any other esl website or esl book in the creation of our worksheets unless we have permissiion from the owner.
