need an urgent help

hi everyone

I have been told to send my worksheets � BW version on the same day I send the actual WS. I was thinking that I could change them into BW but I was mistaken as far as I �m told. what I was doing is said to be putting my WS into grey scale.

so I want to ask How can I do my WS �s black and white versions?
