Hello ladies and gentlemen! I �m a newbie here and have few points so far, but I �m trying hard :) I �ve got a question: does the number of points below 30 mean that i can download "x" ws a month or a day?

No, it doesn �t. I think you can download as many ws as points you have. But when you reach 30, then you can download 30 ws a day, from the new ones, free of charge. You don �t lose points for them.
