I would love to have this book. If anyone knows how I can get a copy please let me know. It seems to be from Australia. I �ve tried amazon and several other sites but noone seems to carry it. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on a copy. Thanks in advance, Belles |

The problem is that I can �t print, I only get a blank sheet. Only with print screen for each page, but it will take a long time.

You can buy it, it seems to be available, though I didn �t check it out.
