There is teacher tube.
 
 
I recommend keep using youtube as well since it seems easier to access unless your worried about certain issues.  There are also other sites, kind of depends what you want and some have problems in different countries.

I don �t know what kind of site you are looking for but I know some:
The first one is Vimeo: http://www.vimeo.com/
The second one is MotionBox: http://www.motionbox.com/
Another one is a group in Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/groups/video/
There are also sites where people upload youtube videos but related to topics:
For ESL/EFL world:
YouTube Edu is for Education in general: http://www.youtube.com/edu
Academic Earth is similar to the previous one: http://academicearth.org/
Totlol is for kids: http://www.totlol.com/
Dotsub as well: http://dotsub.com/
