Both are correct but SHALL is used much less nowadays, especially in the US. First person singular (I) and plural (we) take both forms (that �s what we were taught and teach now). The most frequent situation in which you use SHALL is in tag questions with WE: �Let �s go, shall we? �

- This Law shall also apply to the....
- The contract shall be governed by...
