Every now and then. It �s frustrating.  System overload, may be?

While you �ve been so kind to post an answer to my question I tried to look for an answer to your question.
I �ve found some threads of the forum that might be of any use.
If this won �t help, I �m afraid you have to keep trying. A difficult upload happens. I suppose it happens when too many worksheets are being uploaded at once. Sometimes it helps to come back an hour later.
