Dear teachers, Does anybody know a good book to use in the classroom with children starting to write that already have been learning english for 2 years. I suppose you can see where the problem is. They already have great vocabulary but they are just starting to learn how to write. Thank you very much.

Maybe before they start writing, they should start reading first. I mean, get them acquainted with how the words that they already know are spelt. And then gradually make them write the words, first by adding the missing letter(s) and then writing the whole words. There are games and games to practise that. As to the book ... I don t think you can find one that doesn t start from scratch and is for a primary level.
