help me find the word
|
Hi, I need your advice in the vocabulary matters.
How do you call a person who sells his property? (He is also the owner.) Seller? Is there any other word which can be used in legal texts? (The other part is a buyer.)
Thanks to the volunteers!

The buyer of property is the purchaser and the person who sells is the vendor. |

You can say as realtor as the professional that helps you sell your property, or just say: sale by owner!Seller or buyer. |
