Battleship with Numbers 2
This is a take on the classic childrenīs game Battleship. The teacher hands out one paper to student A and the other paper to student B. students are instructed to draw three or four four box-length "submarines" in their country, by encircling four numbers (the country on the left side of the paper). Then, students take turns sending torpedoes, which means guessing where their partnerīs submarines are by saying a number in their partnerīs diagram. If the number is in fact where the submarine resides, it is a "hit." If it is not where the submarine is, it is a "miss." After any given submarine has been hit four times, it has "sunk." The winner is the student who has sunk all four of his/her partnerīs submarines. FYI, The numbers increase from top left to bottom right. 4 other versions with different numbers and maps will be uploaded soon.
