Alphabet maze
The aim of the game is to get the children to focuse on listening AND pronouncing the alphabet. You can play in pairwork or together in the classroom. If you have many classes, I suggest you slip the game in transparent folders, and the children use whiteboard markers. They can also follow with their finger.
You choose one guide ( the teacher first perhaps...) Then the pupils can guide the others. At the end, they have to tell who is the mysterious character... Barbie, Sammy, Scoobi, Superman or Spiderman ?
It is a good game to get the children quiet when they are a bit... noisy... Happy new year to all !
