making an appointment
start off by crossing one to two slots from each students schedule(which they will leave blank)
you can then tell the students to fill in the uncrossed slots in the imaginary schedule with hobbies/activities that they know, then ask them to walk around to arrange some appointments with each other. it is to encourage the student to communicate in simple dialogues like "would you like to go do sth together on sat/sun at...?", "when will you be free?"
