"An Introduction to the United Kingdom" (2/3) for Upper Elementary and Lower intermediate Students

I made this worksheet to use with the first of the set - http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=262524#thetop I believe young students should know a little - basic things - about the culture of the countries where English is spoken. This first set is about the UK. Students read a very small text and write the names of the British Isles on the map. Then they match the flags to the countries and mark them down on the map. They identify the symbol of each country in the Union Flag and finally they learn the national days and emblems matching them to the images. Wish you all a wonderful weekend. Hugs, mena :)))))
