Conditionals - real and unreal - zero to mixed
A simple chart with the different types, uses and forms of the 5 conditionals. Itīs good for deciding what kind of conditional to use. For example: first you ask yourself, real or unreal, then if you say real, is it something that always happens (zero conditional) or just very likely to happen(1st conditional)? If unreal, is it in the present/future(2nd conditional) or in the past? if in the past, does it have any connection to now? no-3rd conditional, yes-mixed conditional.
After you go through it and the example sentences, they have the opportunity to write their own sentences (making sure each sentence matches. I made this for an FCE class but have used it for int, upper-int, advanced and CAE too.
