When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Meaning, when we travel itīs usually a good idea to pay attention to the customs of other countries we are visiting.
The first part is a pair work activity where each read out their cultural rule and answer choices. Both can discuss which of the two choices is correct.
There is also an activity where the students have to decide what cultural rules are useful for foreign visitors to their country.
In this case, I live and work in Japan teaching mostly university undergraduates, so you may need to make some adjustments for your students / cultural situation.
There is also an additional activity where they have to match the correct explanations to the answers.
