Pronunciation of ´th´ Pronunciation of ´th´

This is to say and hear the difference between the two ´th´ sounds. The phonetic symbols must be written on by hand before photocopying. After modelling the two sounds and a bit of drilling, I put my students in pairs and tell them to say the words and decide which ´th´ sound each one is. I then feedback. Students can then practise the sentences. I find passing a small mirror is good for students to see their tongues!!
