Whose party is it? - describing people game
Cut out the face in the first picture.
Cut and laminate the flashcards.
Split the class in two groups (if possible, girls and boys). Give half of the flashcards to each group.
Allow students ten minutes to write down descriptions for each character.
Take the cards back.
Slowly pass the cards behind the ¡§hole in the face.
Students have to say the name of the character. When they get it right, a member of the group has to stand up and read the description of that character.
Variation:
Cut out the description cards.
Spread the flashcards on the floor in a way that all students can look at them.
Read slowly the description of a character.
The student who calls out the name of the character first can get the flashcard and the description card.
The student with the most pairs in the end of the game is the winner.
PS: The description cards are in another file.
