Gerunds Writing Activity
First, cut each question box. Divide students in groups of 4-5 and give them the first question box. They number themselves and write their answers to the question next to their number. When the group finishes, one person brings it to the teacher for correction. Upto you to give the next question box only if their sentences are perfect (in which case point out mistakes and have them correct it), or make the corrections yourself. The aim is to be the first group to finish all the questions. I gave chocolates as prizes to motivate them :) It may seem simple but they enjoyed answering and reading their friendsī answers/helping each other construct correct sentences.
