Conversation cards: ´would´ for past habits, ´used to´ for past habits & states, ´to be used to´ (to be accustomed to) and ´to get used to´ (to become accustomed to). Cut up the cards and distribute to small groups of students. Mix the Qs for upper-intermediates & advanced, or use each colour individually for lower levels. Colour-coded to aid recognition of structures during use. Designed to be used as free practice after the structures have been presented/practised.
