Simple present tense (third singular person) 30.07.2008
A different explanation for third singular person in simple present tense .Students sometimes get confused about third singular person in simple present. So,I made up something like this. As you know, Popeye and Bluto(sometimes known as Brutus, or Bruno) don’t like each other. They don’t come together. If they come together, they always fight. So,when Popeye comes, Bluto has to leave. When Bluto comes, Popeye has to leave.I mean when –s comes to the verb , does won’t be in the sentence ,when does comes, -s won’t be in the verb.).I use it and it is useful. You can try in your lesson. They like the subject.
