Studying grammar is one thing. Practicing is another. This ws is aimded at practising the PAST SIMPLE affirmative. The exercise is based on a short story for children. So, the language is quite simple. It is actually a fill in the gap exercise, they have to complete the text with the given verbs. Some are regular, others irregular. It can be done individually or in group depending on the level of your ss. Follows a writing exercise. I suggest them to write a similar story. Hope you will like it. The key is provided of course.
