This is a version of ´find someone who´ which forces kids to use questions and positive and negative sentences in past simple. They go around the class and ask each other questions in order to fill the chart with names. "Did you eat spaghetti yesterday evening?" After they fill it they need to write complete sentences using the info acquired. I copy double sided... Enjoy!
