Daily Routines: Simple Present
here´s an exercise on the simple present. Students need to put the events in order. Then, they need to form sentences for each picture. The important thing is to teach them that the simple present is commonly used for daily routines. As well, students should know that at the 3rd person, the verb takes the -s accord.
See what verbs students come up with, and give them harder ones.
Ex: He eats his cereal. For this, you can emphasize on using time markers such as ´every morning´ and instead of eats, it could have been has/enjoys (show them different verbs)
