The Shawshank Redemption + present simple
This is a while-viewing and after-viewing worksheet on the movie "The Shawshank Redemption" for teenagers with a very low level of English. Pupils are asked to register some personal data about the main characters and to describe the type of person the characters are as they view the film. After the viewing, pupils are asked to use the present simple tense to complete a very, very short summary of the movie, always using very basic vocabulary.
