Dictations Dictations

Dictations are great for listening and writing skills. They may be old fashioned but my students tell me they learn a lot from them. This is a collection of dictations I use, there is one for past simple, present continuous, possessives, past simple quetions and prepositions. After I read a dictation aloud I give each student a copy of it so they can mark it themselves, then ask for the copies back so I can recycle them!
