							| | Traveling discussion and tourism videos
This was a quick lesson I put together for students in a high school I do some classes with. It starts out asking some questions on where they went and where they want to travel to on vacation, it ends with a question on where would you recommend others to travel to in Korea. This is because they are Korean students. The next portion is an intro into different countries tourism board advertisements. I do not show all the videos I added more than I would actually show depending somewhat on the answers to questions in the first half of the class. It is set up more of an open discussion between describing what they saw and what their views would be. It is more for the higher level students, but have found already that some of the lower level students got excited about it and had some even recommend other tourism videos of places they wanted to go to. But be sure to check the tourism video out before hand. There has been a hacker taking legit videos and adding improper material to them or the video has been taken down for other reasons. The last slide shows the site where some of the questions were pulled from. (Conversations in the ESL Classroom.) Copyright 31/3/2009  William (Bill) Roney
