FIRST CONDITIONAL GAME: ´This Is What Will Happen If...´
This simple game has been a huge success with my students. It works like this: a student sits with his / her back to the blackboard and facing his / her classmates. Behind him, you either hold up or project onto the whiteboard one of the slides (Which the student in question won´t be able to see, but the rest of the class will). The slides read things like: ´you will get very rich´ or ´you will fall in love´. The student who is standing with his / her back to the board has to guess the situation described on the slide from the clues that the other students will give him / her: "This is what will happen if... you win the lottery / if... you meet someone very special" Etc. A good way to revise the first conditional, plus lots of fun guaranteed!
