This ppt is especially for Koreans. It is designed to teach Korean students how to share their culture in English by explaining some traditional Korean foods. I think it can be adapted to other Asian countries simply by changing the names of the foods. For example the Japanese have a soybean past soup called Miso Soup... it could be substituted for Dwengang Jjigea. The menu handout is the second to last slide of the ppt and the last slide is a detailed description of each of the Korean foods on the menu.
