Have you ever? (designed for classrooms with multiple levels)
This ´Have you ever´ activity is targeted towards middle school classrooms with various levels of ability.
The PPT is designed so each ´Have you ever´ is presented three times. The logistics of the activity are on page 2 of the PPT.
I present each ‘Have you ever…’ sentence three ways. First I say the sentence twice allowing higher level learners to recognize the words and write the sentence.
Second I show the sentence on the PowerPoint and read it so middle level students can recognize it and write it down.
Third I show the graphic that explains the ‘Have you ever…’ so low level students can understand the meaning. I repeat the sentence after the graphic is displayed. Then I move to the second sentence....´
