I´m working on Australia and South Africa, I used this powerpoint to help my pupils remember the main cities and tourists attractions of these 2 countries. There´s a recording to go with this powerpoint, if you want it, send me a PM (it was recorded by the English assistant who´s working at my school).

1- It is the largest city of Western Australia – It’s Perth
2- It’s the capital city of Australia – It’s Canberra
3- It’s the most populous city in Australia – It’s Sydney
4- This city is 600 kms south of Sydney – Melbourne
5- This city is 1,000 kms west of Sydney – Adelaide
6- This city is 750 kms north of Sydney – Brisbane
7- It is a large sandstone rock formation in central Australia, in the Northern Territory – Ayers Rock, also known as Uluru
1- It’s the largest city of Western Cape, and it’s also the legislative capital of South Africa – It’s Cape Town
2- It’s the biggest city in South Africa – It’s Johannesburg
3- It’s the administrative capital of South Africa – It’s Pretoria
4- It’s a national park in the Northern part of South Africa – It’s the Kruger National Park
5- It’s a national park which is near Namibia and Botswana – the Kgalagadi national park
6- It’s the judicial capital of South Africa – Bloemfontein
