Sentences
I used this powerpoint to teach the students how to write different sentences (simple, compound, and complex). First, I show them the different types of sentences. Second, I showed them a picture with some examples of each tupe. Then, we filled in the blank with the suitable connector (and, but, or). Next, I aske dsome students to come and write different sentences on the board describing the picture in the last slide of the powerpoint. Finally, I gave them a worksheet to practice writing the different types of sentences by looking at some pictures.
