It is a PowerPoint game whose template was downloaded from the page of Jefferson County Schools but I personalized it completely so as to play this game with the beginners. Before playing this game cut the last four pages from the PowerPoint but print them beforehand because you will need them while playing the game. RULES: Divide the class into 2 groups. Cut out the questions from the printed pages (they are put into 9 categories: body, animals, family, furniture, colours, clothes, fruit, vegetables and transport). Write on the board all these categories but don´t show the questions to the students. Let the first student of the first group click the Spin Button. When the wheel hits the number on the index card, ask the group from which category they want to answer the question and read the question from the chosen category with the number that corresponds to the one from the index card. If the group answers correctly, they score the point. If they don´t, the next group may answer the question. If they answer it correctly, they score the point. Now the second group clicks the Spin Button and the same process repeats. I hope both you and your students will have fun playing this game.
