Song Quiz
The first part of this presentation includes a competition in which students try to guess the song from its lyrics. They see the individual words appearing on the screen one by one (randomly), the winner is the student (group) who guesses the name of the song first. If Ss do not know the songs, you can use the words for predicting their theme. The second part includes quetions for discussion about X-factor type competitions, listening to a short interview with an X factor contestant and then his audition. It is followed by some comprehension and discussion Qs again. Enjoy.(ps Olly Murs ended up second in X-Factor 2009, GB)
