the aim of this slide show is to help students with writing thier grocery lists. i didnt include much text in the powertpoint because i was focusing on encouraging them to listen to me while i was telling my trip to carrefour. before displaying the powerpoint i gave them a sheet of paper which have 15 items listed and they have to tick the items which i bought at the end of the powerpoint. students enjoyed this exercise and after that i encouraged them to write thier own shopping list.
