English powerpoint: Weather Forecast Weather Forecast

Use this power point to practice describing the weather. Target vocab: sunny, rainy, cloudy, partly cloudy, foggy, snowy, windy. Begin by teaching or reviewing the days of the week. Then describe the weather each day: ie on Monday it was sunny. On Tuesday it was cloudy. Today is Wednesday. It is rainy. Tomorrow it will be foggy. On Thursday it will be partly cloudy. On Friday it will be windy. On Saturday it will be snowy. Place students in small groups or pairs and let them practice telling the weather forecast to their classmates. Several different weekly forecasts are provided.
