I use this presentation as a first class. It explains my behavior plan for the class. It allows students to feel safe in the new environment. I also allows students to question the teacher. This gives the students a chance to ´get to know´ who I am and use their conversation skills thus building confidence. Lastly, I allow students to introduce and talk to the teacher.
