the Earth global warming part 2
The Earth global warming part 2 is the second part of the ppt. I had to split it into 2 parts to upload it. It looks at the problem of global warming, how the Greeks use whitewashed buildings to reflect sunlight back into the atmosphere and keep cool and the chance to reduce the temperature of the planet by creating artificial clouds through geo-engineering. I ask my students whether they think itīs a good idea and theyīve suggested we would need white roofs, walls, cars, tyres, pavements, shoesoles. But whatīs the alternative - give up oil or as Bill Gates says in the speech here,
