My routine (B&W version included)
This is a reference sheet/poster I use every class with every group from grade 3 to 5. It works very well to teach basic questions and answers about the days of the week, the months, the seasons and the weather.
I choose two students and they discuss about the questions on it using the examples of answers.
For example.:
Student 1: "What day is today?"
Student 2: "Today is wednesday"
Student 1: "What is today´s date?"
Student 2: "Today, it´s Wednesday, June 1."
